Evelyne heads Investor Relations at Group RMC, a real estate co-investment group that focuses on acquiring and holding large, undervalued office portfolios in US non-Gateway markets. From its humble beginnings of a few friends and families co-investing together in the 1980s and 90s, Group RMC has since 2011 established itself as one of the largest private office landlords across the Midwest and Southeast. With a portfolio of over 20 million square feet worth $2.5BN, Group RMC remains a family operated and entirely private co-investment group. Evelyne plays an active role in operations and developing relationships with partners across North-America and overseas. Her Brother Alex heads the company and focuses on sourcing and structuring transactions and recapitalizations. Evelyne holds degrees from McGill and Cambridge Universities and lives in Montreal, Canada.
